Thanks to our student council for counting the votes!!
6th class had an amazing day today! It all began with a bus to St. Francis special school in Beaufort where 6th class received a very warm welcome, heard some lovely singing and played some sports day activities with the other pupils. They also donated some of their confirmation- over €400 to this fantastic cause. On they continued to Kate Kearneys Cottage where they began the beautiful walk up the Gap of Dunloe, through the black valley to the waiting boat. Some food stops along the way were a must!! We had a lovely boat trip to Inishfallen Island where we had a short prayer service and onwards to Ross castle where our parents were waiting!!
Thanks to all in St Francis special school for making us feel so welcome!!
